Easy Strawberry Cream Pie WW recipe by Carol Montgomery
1/2 of a 12 oz can frozen orange-strawberry-banana juice concentrate, thawed
1 8 oz package fat-free cream cheese
1 package (four 1/2 C servings) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 C light whipped topping
1 C strawberries, chopped
1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
1. In blender or food processor, combine juice concentrate, cream cheese and pudding mix, process until smooth.
2. transfer to large bowl, fold in whipped topping and strawberries.
3. trasnfer to pie crust, spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hrs.
per serving: 203 calories, 7g fat, 1g fiber
